Currently there are various types of real estate related tickets around.
RealEstateListing is currently a creative work for historical reasons (no idea of the history there).

I would like to consolidate them and concentrate the major information here and start to throw some uniting ideas around:

• Guidance or vocab needed regarding Real Estate (property purchase, rental etc.) #241
• Brainstorming Issue #60: Propose pending terms to extend real estate listings: RealEstateListing, subtypes of offer

The issue is as old as schema.org :)
There are some additional things to consider:

• Reso standartized that information already with great adoption and should be considered as extension https://www.reso.org/;
• We should maybe reach out to some platforms to get adoption.
