There are various references we should look at:

AbleRoad (example AbleRoad listing) has 4 categories:

1. visual disability
2. hearing disability
3. mobility disability
4. cognitive disability

For each of these cases they have 12 properties, which can be ranked 1-5 by reviewer.

AxsMap (axsmap example) has a series of ratings for aspects like "access to toilets", "number of steps", etc. Their vocabulary isn't clear, being presumably only available to members of the site.

Planat.com (planat example) uses a review score of 1-5 for each of

• visually impaired access
• wheelchair access
• hearing impaired access
